Based on an analysis of identifiable bearer shares and registered shares, the ownership structure at 31 December 2008 has changed very little.

• Retail shareholders (including non-identifiable bearer shares) held 4.6% of the share capital versus 4.8% at end 2007
• Foreign investors held 26.7% versus 26.0%.
• Mutual funds fell from 8.4% to 7.2%.
