Silic - Leading business park owner in the Paris region

Based on an analysis of identifiable bearer shares and registered shares, the ownership structure at 31 December 2009 has changed very little since the previous year.

• After several years of growth, the percentage held by foreign investors remained stable at 26.8%.
• Mutual funds rose from 7.2% to 8%.
• Retail shareholders held 4.5% of the share capital versus 4.6% at end-2008. However, their number has increased (holders of identifiable bearer shares: 4,820, up 12%).
