 Socomie : an integrated operator

Silic is one of the few property companies to have all the in-house expertise required for its business operations, including property development, property letting and property management. With its subsidiary Socomie, it controls the entire value creation chain.

Socomie has a dedicated team based in each area and can therefore provide major users with technical management services.

Customer service
Silic has set up a call centre to handle its customer service function. The call centre receives and records all calls made by tenants.
It tracks the speed of response and quality of service providers called out to deal with problems.

Socomie has ISO 9001 v. 2000 certification for its property development activities and its management of Silic's business parks.

Orly-Rungis was the first business park to obtain ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system

Human resources

Silic employs 96 people based either at the Paris head office, which houses all the general and support functions, or in the Regional Divisions at Orly-Rungis and Nanterre - La Défense.
